The operation.
I was the Game Systems Producer at CinemaCraft from 2019 to 2022, turning video titles into fully playable Minecraft content for TBNR (PrestonPlayz) and BriannaPlayz — channels with a combined subscriber base of over 30 million.
My job was the full production pipeline: writing the experience, designing gameplay, coordinating textures and assets, building custom mod packs and plugins, and running QA. The team handled everything — dev, patches, tutorials, talent support, map building, models, scripts, and resource packs. The business model was revenue share on the first 30 days of YouTube ad revenue — we covered all production expenses, managed payroll, and operated the full P&L.
At peak output, we shipped up to 7 videos per week across both channels, sustained over three years without a gap. Some builds turned around in under 30 minutes. That required reliable systems — project tracking, developer pipelines, asset management, and a team that could execute consistently at quality.
