What it took to ship 19 products to the Minecraft Marketplace from scratch.
Every map went through the same end-to-end pipeline: concept development, design documentation, world building, feature implementation, QA testing, and Marketplace submission. Each product was built from scratch with no templates or reused content.
I managed teams of builders, artists, and testers — coordinating across time zones to hit submission deadlines. The Marketplace review process is strict, so every submission needed to meet Microsoft's quality standards on the first pass.
The creator partnerships with PrestonPlayz (TBNR), BriannaPlayz, and Unspeakable meant working with brands that had 20M+ subscribers. That added an extra layer of creative direction — every map needed to match the creator's style and audience expectations.
